After graduating from McGill University Medical School in Montreal, Canada, Dr. Buchbinder completed his post graduate education at Stanford University where he specialized in Cardiovascular Medicine.
Over the past two decades, Dr. Buchbinder has pioneered numerous medical devices used worldwide for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
His interest for many years has focused on lesser invasive treatments for coronary, peripheral and structural heart diseases.
Dr. Buchbinder has been intimately involved in several educational venues nationally and internationally. He is considered as a thought leader in the field of interventional medicine worldwide.
Dr. Buchbinder has been recognized in his own community of San Diego, California where he has been the recipient of the “Top Doctor” award voted by his peers, for the last six (6) consecutive years
